For free community recovery support, come to Florence Baptist Temple at 2308 South Irby Street, Florence, SC 29505. RU meets Fridays at 7:00 PM and Sundays at 9:15 AM. You can attend without insurance, a referral, or advance registration. Family members are welcome too.

People looking for alcohol addiction help, alcoholism recovery, or an alcohol recovery meeting in Florence are welcome at RU. Weekly Bible teaching, small groups, personal mentoring, and practical curriculum provide a clear path forward.
Drug addiction recovery
RU supports people seeking help with illegal drugs, prescription drug misuse, or more than one substance. You can begin attending at any time; no insurance, referral, or advance registration is required.

People struggling with sports betting, online gambling, casinos, lottery play, or other compulsive gambling are welcome. RU provides a place to practice honesty, rebuild trust, and develop accountability with people who care.

RU Recovery is for more than drug and alcohol addiction. People also seek help with tobacco, nicotine, vaping, compulsive eating, and other stubborn habits or destructive behaviors. You do not need to decide whether your struggle is serious enough before coming to a meeting.

You may be looking for help for a spouse, child, parent, or friend. The RU team can explain meeting options and offer biblical counseling for family members. Nursery care and age-appropriate programs help families attend together.
