RU is a free, Bible-based recovery program for anyone in Florence and the Pee Dee area struggling with addiction — and for the family members walking beside them.
People come to RU for help with alcohol, street drugs, prescription drug misuse, pornography, gambling, and other destructive habits. You do not have to decide whether your struggle “counts” before you walk through the door.
You will find practical teaching, individual and small-group counseling, a personal mentor, and a community that understands recovery is built one honest day at a time.

Arrive a little early
Doors open at 6:45 PM on Fridays. Follow the RU signs near the entrance closest to Jordan’s Furniture Store.

A volunteer will welcome you, explain the evening, and help your family find the right rooms.

Before you leave, you will meet someone who can answer questions and walk beside you.
